For the nine months ending September 2024, the company reported a 12% year-on-year revenue increase and an 11% growth in adjusted EBITDA. This performance was fueled by an 18% rise in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel. This reflects the brand\u2019s focus on online and retail expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blue Pool Capital\u2019s CEO, Oliver Weisberg, will join Golden Goose\u2019s board of directors. \u201cWe look forward to adding value beyond financing to help the team unlock the brand\u2019s full potential,\u201d Weisberg said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permira acquired its majority stake in Golden Goose in 2020 and has since supported its growth through product diversification, sustainability initiatives, and a stronger DTC presence.
